Pine Lake Association Membership Application

To register your membership on line, click on the donate button below. Annual dues are $25 and $5 for the buoy fund. You have the opportunity to also contribute to the fireworks and buoy funds- recommend $70 to cover the cost of the Fireworks.  By clicking on the "Donate" button you will be transferred to a secure https PayPal site where you can pay by credit card, bank card or a PayPal account if you have one. Funds will be contributed in the order of Annual Dues, Buoy Fund, Fireworks Contribution. If you wish the money to go to a particular place, please e-mail treasurer@pinelk.org

To mail in your application, Click Here and print out the form. Fill out the form and send it in with your check to the address on the application.

Please include a separate E-mail (to treasurer@pinelk.org ) as to where you want your money to go if it is different than indicated below.

OTHERWISE THE MONEY WILL FIRST GO TO DUES, BUOYS AND THEN TO THE FIREWORKS FUND in that order

If your dues are current, the entire amount will go to the Fireworks Fund.
